These terms are provided for information. They do not replace advice from your own lawyer.

1. Who we are

Yassin Limo LLC, trading as Yassin Limousine, provides chauffeured ground transportation and is the controller of the information described here. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you request a ride, why we collect it, and what we do and do not do with it.

2. What we collect

We do not collect or store your card details. Payments are handled on a secure page hosted by Square; your card number never reaches our systems.

3. Text messages (SMS)

3.1 We do not share your mobile number

Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS, and your consent to receive SMS, are never sold, rented, or shared for marketing. No mobile information is shared with anyone for their own independent use.

The only parties that see your number are service providers acting on our instructions to deliver the service you asked for — our messaging carrier (Telnyx) to transmit the message, and our booking platform to operate the ride. They may not use your number for their own purposes.

3.2 What messages you get

If you tick the SMS box when booking, we send transactional messages about your ride only: that we received your request, that it has been accepted, a secure payment link, that your ride is confirmed, and that your chauffeur is on the way. We also send our own dispatch team alerts about new bookings. We do not send marketing texts.

3.3 Frequency, cost and opting out

3.4 How we obtain and record consent

SMS consent is collected by an optional checkbox on our booking form. It is not ticked by default, it is separate from accepting these terms, and you can book a ride without ticking it. When you submit the form we record the number, whether you agreed, the exact wording shown to you, the page and time, and the IP address, so we can show later what was agreed and when. Consent for ride notifications is kept separate from any future marketing consent, which would be asked for separately.

3.5 How long we keep consent records

Consent records are kept for as long as we message you and for at least four years afterwards, so we can evidence consent if asked. They are append-only: withdrawing consent adds a new record rather than erasing the old one.

4. How long we keep it

Where we no longer need a record but cannot delete it — because it is part of an append-only audit trail we keep to show what happened — we replace the identifying parts of it rather than keeping them readable.

5. Why we use your information

6. Who else sees your information

Only service providers acting for us: our booking platform, Square for payments, our email provider, and Telnyx for SMS. We do not sell your personal information. We disclose information to authorities only where the law requires it.

7. Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within 30 days.

So that we do not disclose one person's travel to another, we verify a request against the booking it concerns: we will reply to the email address or phone number on that booking, and we cannot act on a request we are unable to match to a booking. Where we are required to keep a record — see section 4 — we will say so and tell you when it will be deleted.
